We process your selected service, name and email address. If you choose to provide them, we also process your business or project description, phone number and preferred contact date and time. Limited technical records derived from the connection address are used to protect the forms.

Do not enter passwords, card details or sensitive personal data in these fields. We do not use an AI service to make automated decisions; our team reviews your request.

We use your information to assess your needs, contact you and discuss a quote or service in response to your request. Processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract is assessed under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698. Security, abuse prevention and request management are assessed under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights are not harmed.

Article 5(2)(e) applies where processing is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right; Article 5(2)(ç) applies where it is necessary to meet a legal obligation. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to advertising, newsletters or automated marketing.

Data is collected electronically through the website options and text fields, by partly or fully automated means. An unfinished discussion is kept as a draft in the same browser tab and cleared after successful submission or when a new discussion begins.

Submitted requests are stored in a password-protected administration panel. Records are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Retention is assessed according to the request status, any ongoing relationship and applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion when the relevant conditions apply.

Your request is accessible to the authorised M4M team. Vercel hosts the website and Neon PostgreSQL stores submitted requests. The database is located in Frankfurt, Germany. Infrastructure services may involve processing abroad; international transfers require the conditions and safeguards set out in Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698.

When we communicate by email, email service providers also process the messages. Information may be shared with competent authorities where required by law. Requests are not automatically forwarded to advertising, bulk email or SMS platforms.

Under Article 11, you can learn whether your data is processed, request information about that processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad, and request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data or deletion or destruction when the relevant conditions apply.

You can request that corrections and deletions be communicated to recipients, object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
