During an enquiry, we collect your service choices, name and email address. You may also share a project description, telephone number and a preferred day and time for us to contact you.

Enter only information necessary for your enquiry. Do not share passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in these fields.

• To understand your needs and assess your enquiry.
• To respond and manage the conversation.
• If we decide to work together, to manage the proposal, project plan and services.
• To protect forms and limit misuse.

Submitting an enquiry or sharing a telephone number does not subscribe you to advertising messages or a newsletter. The current website does not send automated SMS or marketing messages.

Information entered during a conversation is kept as a draft in the same browser tab so that you can continue where you left off. When you submit it, the information is saved in M4M’s access-protected administration panel.

The browser draft is cleared after submission or when you start a new conversation. Clearing browser records does not delete an enquiry already submitted to the administration panel.

Enquiry records are accessible through an administrator session. They are used to assess your request and manage any subsequent project relationship. Technical connection information is also processed to limit excessive or abusive form submissions and administrator sign-in attempts.

Current enquiry records are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Contact us with retention or deletion requests. We assess requests in light of the records concerned and any legal retention obligations.

Website enquiries are stored in M4M’s administration panel and are not automatically transferred to advertising, bulk email or SMS platforms. Your personal information is not sold.

If you contact us by email, email service providers also process data to transmit and store messages. If a project requires an external tool, the information to be shared and access scope are assessed separately. Information may be provided to authorised bodies where required by law.

Vercel hosts the website and Neon PostgreSQL stores requests. The database is in Frankfurt, Germany. These services may involve processing abroad; transfer conditions and your data rights are explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice notice.

Our website stores your cookie choice and enquiry draft, and uses an administrator session cookie only for authorised sign-in. The current site does not use additional visitor analytics or advertising tracking tools.

Record types, retention periods and preference controls are explained in the Cookie Policy. You can change your choices using ‘Cookie Preferences’ in the footer.

You can contact us to ask what information about you is processed, obtain details, correct inaccurate information or request deletion where applicable. Other rights provided by law remain unaffected.
