Services and project scope

M4M provides strategy, branding and design, web and software, e-commerce, Super Intelligence and automation, digital marketing and production services. Work, deliverables, fees and schedules are agreed before a project begins.

Website descriptions introduce our services. The written scope agreed for your project takes precedence over general promotional descriptions.

Scope changes

New features, additional content or requests outside the agreed scope may affect cost and timing. Their impact and any additional fees are agreed in writing before the additional work begins.

Fees and payment plans

Project fees, any deposit, payment milestones and tax terms are set out in the proposal or agreement. Any effect of payment plan changes on the schedule is considered within that agreement.

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not by itself create an obligation to purchase, pay or start a project.

Revisions

The proposal defines the scope, number and stages of revisions. Returning to an approved stage or making a new request that changes scope may require additional work; the terms will be shared in advance.

Schedule, feedback and approval

The schedule depends on timely content, access and feedback. If information is missing, approval is pending or scope changes, we review the delivery plan together.

The day and time selected in the enquiry form indicate your contact preference. They do not constitute a confirmed appointment or a project delivery date.

Shared information and materials

Project information should be accurate and current, and required text, visuals, files and access should be provided according to the plan. You must have permission to use and share the content you provide.

Do not enter passwords or sensitive access details in the general contact form. Required project access will be arranged separately.

Intellectual property and usage rights

The website’s brands, text, designs and visuals belong to M4M or their respective rights holders. They must not be copied or used commercially without permission or a valid usage right.

Transfer of final deliverables, licensing, source files and portfolio use are defined in the written agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images and other assets remain subject to their own licences.

Suspension and cancellation

If a project must be suspended or cancelled, completed work, payments, third-party costs and files to be delivered are assessed together. Refunds and other consequences are determined by the project agreement and applicable law.

Third-party services

A project may require hosting, domains, payment infrastructure, software or integrations. Their fees, licences, account ownership and management responsibilities are defined in scope. Provider terms or outages may affect the schedule.

Website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not use forms to submit misleading, harmful or unauthorised content, or attempt to disrupt security, operation or other users’ access.

Use of information shared through the website is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Updates

These terms may be updated when our services or website change. The current version date appears at the top of the page. Existing written project agreements and rights under law remain applicable.
